Returns Repairs & Exchanges

Here at Sasha Walsh Designs, we completely understand that some pieces just aren't a good fit for the wearer and we really want you to feel good about your purchase.  We offer returns within 7 days upon receipt of your jewelry. There are no returns or exchanges on custom pieces. This includes one of a kind heirloom rework pieces as well as designs duscussed and created with the client.  Please contact us as soon as possible if any items are damaged upon receipt and we will sort them out for you.

All Returns must be unworn in their original condition and must include all original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. 

*All Custom orders are final purchase.  

Everything is handmade to order so please allow up to 7 business days from your time of purchase to complete your order. If you need rush shipping, please contact us before ordering. Custom orders can take up to 4-6 weeks from purchase to ship. 

If you would like to return your piece:

Please send an email to hello@sashawalsh.com with the subject line "Return" before shipping the piece back and we will happily give instruction as to how to go about your return. 

Sasha Walsh Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged return items in transit. Please insure your package for the proper dollar amount with tracking in order to keep track of your package.

Repairs:

Normal wear and tear repairs are free with your first repair.   Should you continue to have issues after that, repair pricing is based upon the type of repair needed on a case by case basis. Please contact us at hello@sashawalsh.com
