Oxidized jewelry has been intentionally darkened through a chemical process. Over time, the oxidation of your pieces will slowly change. Sometimes it will brighten up  and sometimes it will turn completely black.  It all depends on the environment you live in and the wearer.   If you wish to brighten the piece up, use a soft polishing cloth and lightly rub it over the piece.  If you would like it darker, please email us at hello@sashawalsh.com .  Store jewelry in a box or pouch in order to help maintain its surface coloring.
